It has been over two years since I finished the recording of Keep My Heart. Over this time I have been presenting the music of Keep My Heart in concert and at recitals. As I move forward, I will be using the music of Keep My Heart as the framework for an evening retreat that explores the spirituality of music. The evening will consist of my playing the music of Keep My Heart, sharing the spiritual inspiration behind the music and an open exchange on the spirituality of music. The retreats will be free and all attending will receive a complimentary CD of Keep My Heart. I look forward to this new direction and hope to see you at a future retreat.

I have been invited for an on air interview on “Mary Bartlein’s Instrumental Saturdays” radio program on WMSE 91.7FM in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Saturday, March 7th at 6:00pm. I will be talking about my album of contemplative piano Keep My Heart which has been getting regular airplay on Mary’s Saturday evening program. I will also be promoting my upcoming free concert on Saturday, March 21st at 7:30pm at New Berlin Free Methodist Church located at 2975 South Sunnyslope Road, New Berlin, Wisconsin 53151. The interview will also be available by podcast in WMSE’s archives at www.wmse.org.

The new year will bring the release of my first album of contemplative piano Keep My Heart. The seven original solo piano compositions on the album are my reflection and meditation on the power of God’s love.I will be doing a number of concerts and recitals in conjunction with the release of the album.
