The Horizon Foundation, Ltd. provides support to help present
Jack Maglio’s concerts. It is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) public charity that was established to provide inspirational music. All donations will be used to help underwrite the costs involved in the live presentation of Jack’s music. This will allow him to have more concerts than he would have been able to have without your donation. If you are able to help, we would be most grateful for your tax-deductible donation.
If you are using a credit card to make a donation, you can use the paypal button below. If you are using a check, please make your check payable to The Horizon Foundation, Ltd. and mail it to PO Box 486, Brookfield, WI 53008. If your check is for more than $250 you will be mailed a receipt as is required by the IRS. For gifts less than $250 please keep your credit card statement or your canceled check for your tax records.
